Apoorva Sandeep Kadu, who served IT Services for nearly two years as a member of the Unified Communications VOiP project team, was recognized by the College of Professional Studies with a 2022 Co-op Excellence Award.
Instrumental to the effort to migrate the entire Northeastern Boston campus to Microsoft Teams for calling, Apoorva created, managed, and maintained Microsoft Power BI reports, analyzed the data for the project team, and handled end-user Microsoft Teams requests. Her contributions to the project were outstanding, regularly exceeding expectations and benefiting the entire UC-VoIP project team.
Apoorva’s supervisors were UC-VoIP program manager Nancy Hernandez and Digital University Solutions and Experience manager Ryan Bender.
Apoorva deserves this award because we simply could not have accomplished all we did without her valued data analytics, Power BI reporting, and customer service skills.
