myNortheastern Portal Services and Links on the Move
When you return from the winter break, expect the myNortheastern portal to look a little different. The services and links will be retired from the portal as of Tuesday, January 4. These resources—including email accounts, academic schedules, course registration, financial services, and more—are now available on the Student Hub. Log into the Hub at me.northeastern.edu and navigate to the Resources page, the primary location on the Hub where the portal links and resources now live.
Upcoming Events, Best Study Spaces and Personalized News Comes to the Hub
You can now discover upcoming and recommended university and club and organization events, view and reserve study spaces through a campus maps view, and further personalize your Northeastern experiences directly on the Student Hub. These are just a few of the newest and recently enhanced features released to the Hub on December 9, 2021. Feedback from over 300 students helped fuel the inspiration for this December 9 release and other updates to the Hub.
Teams Mobile Support for Android
Microsoft is retiring support for Teams mobile running on Android 5, 6, and 7. Users should upgrade to the current release of the operating system. The following list shows the retirement date for each version of Android:
- Android 5: March 1, 2021
- Android 6: July 1, 2022
- Android 7: September 1, 2022
Winter Break IT Services Support
IT Services walk-up support in Snell Library, including the 2nd floor Tech Bar, will be unavailable December 23 beginning at 5 p.m. through January 2. In-person support will resume when Snell Library re-opens on Monday, January 3. All other support through 617.373.HELP , email@example.com, and the Tech Service Portal at service.northeastern.edu/tech will continue to be available, 24/7.
